Our duty to the team is ownership. We don’t make promises we can’t keep and talk to each other to agree on something that works for everyone concerned.
We share values & a purpose
The purpose and values of KeyStone Club bind us.
They are what we sign up for, what we want to see and make happen. They are the basis for our Partnership Agreement.
We Work Nimbly
We make decisions that serve our purpose, with all and only those concerned, and that we collectively know how to action.
We Work Remotely
We are scattered around the globe, and wouldn’t mind being everywhere.
We work from where we see fit, we meet online, we equip ourselves to work collaboratively, independently and responsibly.
We Work on a Contribution basis
Think open source, except with partnership status and eventually pay, as per the sweat equity model.
Our commitment to the Partnership is open. It starts with a delivery, and goes on as long as we are eager to contribute.
